Summary:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and web chat.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Soft) Language Skills:
Ability to listen actively and probe effectively to ascertain reasons for customer contacts.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and customers.
Ability to provide simple but comprehensive "how to" instructions to customers with non-tech backgrounds
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to identify key issues and relationships and develop appropriate courses of action
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Virus and Spyware and Word Processing software.
Education: One year certificate from college or technical school or;
Experience: 3 to 6 months experience and/or training in computer technology or repair or equivalent combination of both experience and education
