Large bedroom is available for rent ASAP in 2 bedroom house. Month to month lease. All utilities are included. WIFI is also included but due to the bandwidth, we are unable to stream videos. That could change however, if tenant wants to pay a little more. We do have Direct TV service available (tenant supplies own television) Tenant shares bathroom and kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer available in the basement. This house is conveniently located around the corner from many stores and restaurants, and there is a bus available within walking distance that transports to Cornell and other places. My husband and I have a cat and a friendly dog (pug mix) but they will stay out of the bedroom if the door is closed. We are looking for a reliable and clean tenant. Portable refrigerators are NOT allowed, as it raises the electric bill substantially. We respect our tenants and share the refrigerator in the kitchen honestly. Also, we ask that guests stay only one night, as the house is not meant for more than 3 people and the water bill reflects this. A $250 security deposit is required. To move in you must pay the deposit plus first months rent and sign the lease. Sorry, we cannot accept Section 8. Call, text or if interested.
