Room for rent in a beautiful two story home on a ski lake in Winter Park. There is a dock, screened in pool, free wifi, washer/dryer, kitchen privileges,etc. Room is fully furnished, including flat screen HD cable TV and faces the lake. There is also a community pool that is usually empty. All utilities are included. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Looking for a responsible, clean and personable professional (or dedicated student) with a sense of humor who is looking for a safe and quiet place to reside and feel at home. I am a teacher and the other room is rented by a professional male who is working on his Masters Degree (who you will share a bathroom with. He, by the way, keeps no personal items in the bathroom so the drawers are empty). We are both very easy to get along with, so you'll feel very comfortable here. We both respect each others privacy completely. No inside smokers, please. Definitely no drugs, drama, party people or overnight strangers. Also, you must like dogs. I have 4 small ones who are very friendly (total weight of the 4 is under 33 lbs!) They won't be in your way, as they have their own room on the other side of the house and sleep in my room at night. The house is fully alarmed. Located off Aloma, right near Tuscawilla & about 1 mile from 417. It is within walking distance of 7-11, Tijuana Flats, and numerous other stores located at the intersection of Aloma and Tuscawilla. You must be willing to agree to a full background check and send a photo of yourself, if it is not already on your profile.
