4 Bedroom 2 full bath house -East Rochester. Borders Perinton, Fairport, Penfield, Pittsford On quiet side street, within walking distance of Fairport Road Wegmans and park. Seeking housemate to rent Upstairs 2 bedrooms with full bathroom (shower no tub). Lots of Closet and storage space. Shared Kitchen is not huge, but has all appliances, dishwasher, microwave, etc. We would share the rest of the house. Basement laundry area, freezer, non fenced yard. House is older, with some updates, in generally good condition. Furnished except the 2 upstairs bedrooms, These can be furnished too if needed. If you have some common area furniture, we could probably fit it in some place. Downstairs also has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. I am a working professional female, morning person, work weekdays and live a fairly quiet lifestyle. I am an average to clean housekeeper, non-smoker, with one small friendly dog, that gets along with all people and other animals. I am friendly, and outgoing. Accustomed to living with housemates. I can interact or allow you privacy. I am thinking $650 for all rent, including utilities and Internet, etc. This is negotiable depending upon pets, and other details. A good compatible, reliable, considerate housemate is far more important than exact details. I am open to discussion of any possible options. To Summarize: I am looking for someone reliable to share the house, with your 2 bedrooms and main bathroom being upstairs. Other areas will be shared. Pet(s) considered on a case by case basis. Non smoker or outside smoker. Dependable and kind to my dog are the only non-negotiable must haves. These rooms are currently vacant with possible move in August or September or October, or what ever we agree upon.
